Wine and Cheese Author Event featuring Adam Shoalts - This event has already occurred

Event Details:

Enjoy wine, cheese, and a discussion with one of our country's best authors! On November 2nd we welcome Adam Shoalts to the Brantford Public Library.

Doors open at 6:00 PM for a wine and cheese reception. (Wine is $5.00, refreshments are complimentary.) Must be 19+ years of age to be served wine.

About the Author –

Adam Shoalts is professional explorer and adventurer best known for his long solo wilderness journeys, including crossing nearly 4,000 km of Canada's Arctic alone. He is the Westaway Explorer-in-Residence at the Royal Canadian Geographical Society and was called by the CBC "one of the greatest living explorers." A regular guest on television and radio, Shoalts is also the author of four national bestselling books, including Beyond the Trees, Alone Against the North, A History of Canada in 10 Maps, and The Whisper on the Night Wind, which reached #1 bestseller status on Amazon. He has a PhD from McMaster University in History.
