Health starts at home! The Safety at Home Program promotes independence and mobility among older adults. Come meet Alex Townsend of VON Canada to learn how you can receive a free home assessment, services and support for reducing the risk of falls and injury at home, and essential parts and equipment such grab bars (and grab bar installation). This is a drop-in program. No registration is required. Funding for this program is provided by the Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant (HNHB) Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS).
