  • Research tips Introduction to family history resources

One-on-one sessions will be held at our Main Branch. Note:  Library staff is unable to assist with troubleshooting personal computers/laptops, installing software, typing documents and forms, and making online purchases.

The Library’s LinkedIn Learning service offers free online courses on a variety of tech topics, including iPhones, iPads, and Android phones and tablets. On our Research and Learning page, you can sign in for free with your library card and PIN.

Silver Screen Classics: Strangers on a Train

Escape the summer heat and step back in time with Silver Screen Classics! Join us on Thursday afternoons at 2 p.m. at the Main Branch to experience iconic films from the golden age of cinema, featuring timeless stories of drama, romance, adventure, and suspense, all on the big screen.

July 17 - Strangers on a Train (1951) Alfred Hitchcock's suspenseful thriller about a chance meeting that spirals into a deadly pact.

Upcoming Silver Screen Classic films include:

August 7 – The Searchers (1956) John Wayne leads in this sweeping Western epic, exploring obsession, redemption, and frontier justice.

August 14 – Breakfast at Tiffany’s (1961) A stylish romantic comedy featuring Audrey Hepburn as the unforgettable Holly Golightly.

August 21 – Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (1969) A charismatic duo outruns the law in this witty and action-packed Western classic.

Community Connections

Join us for a weekly adult drop-in program every Friday afternoon at the Main branch from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. designed to link people to community resources and provide a helping hand. 

Community organizations will attend when available. There will be coffee, snacks, and conversation.
